What Xing collects
Nothing. Xing has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no servers of its own. Your items, lists, places, and settings are stored only on your device (and in the device backups you already keep, like iCloud Backup). The few network requests Xing makes go to Apple's services; each is described below, and none carries anything that identifies you.
Location
Location alarms need iOS location access to notice when you arrive at a place where you saved an item. That decision is made on your device, and Xing never collects or stores your location anywhere else - there is nowhere for it to go. Like any app using Apple's Maps services, turning a position into a place name, searching for places, and drawing the small map in an arrival notification sends the coordinates involved to Apple, under Apple's privacy policy. If you pick Google Maps or Waze as your directions app, the item's destination is handed to that app when you ask for directions.
Notifications and alarms
Reminders, banners, and full-screen alarms are scheduled locally on your device through Apple's notification and alarm frameworks. No third party is involved.
Linked apps
If you link Apple Reminders or Calendar, Xing reads them - with your permission, through Apple's frameworks, on your device - to mirror items into Xing. The link is one-way and read-only: Xing never changes anything in Reminders or Calendar, and nothing it reads leaves your phone. Unlink at any time in Xing's Settings, and revoke the permission in iOS Settings.
Data deletion
Delete an item to remove it; delete the app to remove everything on the device. Because Xing has no servers, there is no server-side data to request or erase - the only copies that outlive the app are in your own device backups, which you control.
Changes
If a future version of Xing ever changes any of the above, this policy and the App Store privacy label will be updated first, with the date above refreshed.
